Is Global Warming a Hoax?

Introduction

As people, we can be privileged to all sorts of opinions. This creates the possibility of many controversies. Much like the argument Is Global warming a hoax? This is one of the most famous controversies happening around the world today. This dispute isn’t just between the average person, scientist themselves disagreeing among one another. Which, is something I didn’t expect before doing my own research. So the question is, what is global warming and why do some believe while others call it a hoax.

Before getting into the ins and outs of the controversy it is important to first understand what global warming is. Against popular belief it does not have any relation to holes in the ozone layer. In simple terms, the earth is gradually becoming warmer and warmer. According to global warming, this is because of the also increasing amount of Co2 in our Earth atmosphere. This is unfortunate for a number of reasons. One, Co2 consumes infrared radiation and displaces this in other ways on Earth. This cause both our water and land temperatures to increase. Two, it is also said to affect our vegetation. Just like everything else plants can be affected by this temperature change. When it comes to the greenhouse gases, plants usually not only take away some of those gases but through eveaporation vegatation is similar to earth airconditioner. However, that being said not even plants can keep down the rising levels of Co2. The real question is what is causing the increased Co2 that causes global warming. The answer to that would be earths growing population or in other worlds humans. With all of the pollution from factories, cars, or any air pollutants.

For anyone that does believe in global wamring their are many facts that prove its legitamacy. For instance, our atmosphere has been exposed to gases since the beginning of the industrial revolution. According to a set of data taken in 2015 Co2 levels are at levels they haven’t been since two to three million years ago. Actually, about eight-to percent made up earth greenhouse gases. Knowing nwo what we do about the affects of Co2 it make sthi sagrument seem pretty convincing.

Not everyone that disagrees with global warming thinks it doesn’t exist at all. Instead they just can’t agree that it’s human Co2 causing the problem. People who chose not to believe in the global warming hype are upset at those who choose not to challenge popular thought. Society seems to have a huge impact on what the average person thinks and it’s painting this picture that humans are causing all of these changes to earth and the average person just accepts that as true. However, Scientists would argue that who is to say humans are the reason for the raising of the CO2 gases. Everyone agrees that Co2 is causing the temperature to rise, however thier have differing opinions as to why.

Every time the weather isn’t what it’s expected to be someone has the comment and they say global warming isn’t real. Before doing my own research, my opinion would have been yes, global warming is very real. Although now that I have heard both sides its difficult to decide. I was expecting the hoax side of it absurd or outcome out of this world excuses, just so they could deny it. However, they almost made just as much sense as the believers. So, the question is, what is global warming and why do some believe while others call it a hoax.
