Do you know that you eat often the GMO foods in everyday life. GMO was detected in our favorite Ramen and popular canola oil. What is GMO? It is made ‘genetically modified foods’ shorter and it is a genetically recombinant creature that manipulates the genes of common life into a new breed. According to this article, there is popular controversy now about the safety of GMO. On the affirmative, GMO foods are safe scientifically and provide food in starving nations. On the other,GMO has many risks such as allergens and toxins and it produce to generate revenue to the multinational companies.

So, I believe the GMO is very dangerous to our health and it take away the farmers’ jobs nowadays.

First, we want to live to be healthy for a long time. So, we have to eat fresh and good food for our health. However, the GMO food are very dangerous to our health. According to survey of EU people, 73% of them prefer not cheap and GMO food but the expensive and organic food. Moreover, in an interview of Henry Jean-Lousis, French nutritionist, he said that the GMO was newly introduced allergens and toxins to cause diseases like cancer tumors and even an early death.

Second of GMO’s risk is former’ jobs are gone for the GMO. Because, many people are buying the cheaper GMO foods than more expensive organic foods. Also, increasing the multinational companies which make and export a various of GMO foods earn only their revenue. So, it is so fatal to former, raise the organic foods hardly. I believe that the GMO foods are stealing not only previous former’ jobs but also make disappear fresh and healthier organic foods.
